Mom Time Delivered delivers all the accoutrements needed to schedule you some Mom Time.
Each month has a different theme with 4-6 products pertaining to that theme, including small batch, natural spa products, a delicious treat, a fun gift and much more. Most of our vendors are small businesses owned and operated by fellow moms.
Shipping is not included; however we do work hard to find the lowest shipping cost possible.
We’re a monthly subscription: that means you are rebilled every month (usually around the 15th) unless you purchase a one-time gift. To purchase a gift, simply choose 1, 3, or 6 month box plan and check “gift” at checkout. You can also purchase one-time gifts under the “shop” tab.
We will ship you a Mom Time Delivered box around the 5th of the month. Typically you will receive a box in the month after your order. For example, if you place your order in October, you will receive a November box that will ship by Nov 5. If we happen to have stock on a box in the month you are ordering, we will have it listed in our "shop". You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have 3 options for subscriptions. You can choose a month to month subscription that will be automatically recurring at $30 and you can cancel anytime. We also offer discounted subscription packages of 3 or 6 months. These are paid in full the day of purchasing and automatically renewed after the period of purchase.
We currently ship anywhere in the United States.
If you chose the month to month subscription it can be canceled at anytime in your account settings. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. The discounted package subscriptions may also be cancelled, but you will be charged the entire term of the subscription. For example, if you chose the 6 month subscription and cancel in month 4, you will still be charged for month 5 and 6 and you will receive those shipments. The longer subscription time is what allows us to discount these subscriptions.
We only return/exchange items that arrive damaged or defective.
Yes, you can either shop past boxes and items in the “shop” tab or you can check the gift option at check out and your order will not be set to automatically renew.
