What is Mom Time Delivered?

Mom Time Delivered delivers all the accoutrements needed to schedule you some Mom Time.  

How does it work?

Every month, right around the 15th, you will receive your Mom Time Delivered package. Arrange to have an hour or so to yourself so you can enjoy the contents.  

What's inside Mom Time Delivered?

Each month has a different theme with 4-6 products pertaining to that theme, including natural spa products, small batch artisanal goodie, books and journals and much more.  

Is shipping included? 

Shipping is not included; however we do work hard to find the lowest shipping cost possible. 

How does billing work? 

We're a monthly subscription: that means you are rebilled every month unless you purchase a one-time gift. Rebilling occurs always after you receive your box (usually around the 15th). 

When will I receive my first shipment? 

We generally ship around the 5th of the month. If you would like to know if you made the cut-off for shipping you can email us at admin@momtimedelivered.com.    

How do the subscription plans differ?  

We have 4 options for our subscriptions! You can choose a month to month subscription that will be automatically recurring at $29.95 and you can cancel at anytime!   We also offer discounted subscription packages of 3, 6 or 12 months! These are either paid in full the day of purchasing or broken down into a month to month payment as well, Making for the perfect gift and the discounted rates make them even more affordable!    

Where do you ship? 

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. 

How can I cancel my subscription? 

If you chose the month to month subscription it can be canceled at anytime in your account settings. If you’ve already been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.   The discounted package subscriptions may also be cancelled, but you will be charged the entire term of the subscription. For example, if you chose the 6 month subscription and cancel in month 4, you will still be charged for month 5 and 6 and you will receive those shipments. The longer subscription time is what allows us to discount these subscriptions.  

What is the return/refund policy? 

We only return/exchange items that arrive damaged or defective.  

Can I sign up for just 1 box? 

Yes, there is a gift option. Choose the gift option and you will not be set to automatically renew.
